Orders can be placed online by placing items into your shopping cart and then processing to checkout.
We offer Standard and Express delivery.

Standard Delivery
We use Australia Post and Courier Now.

Express Delivery
Customers have an option to select the express shipping option at checkout if they wish to receive their items faster. Express post shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

On dispatch of any item, the customer will receive an automated email alert generated by Australia Post advising that their parcels has been scanned into the postal system and is in transit.

If you order on a business day, we will dispatch the item between 1-3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Shipping times are estimated between 5 business days to metro areas and 7 business days to outer areas within Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated during the shopping cart process and will be added to the order total before checkout. Our shipping costs are provided in the following table.

*Please note: For deliveries outside metropolitan areas especially in WA, TAS, NT and Northern Queensland extra charges may be added for shipping. We will not be held liable for any damage that occurs during the transit of the postage.

PayPal: Customers can use their PayPal account or check out as a guest to pay for goods instantly.

Credit Card: Moni Designs accepts online credit card payments via the PayPal Payment Gateway. We accept Visa and Mastercard only and do not charge a processing fee. Moni Designs does not store any credit card details.

We offer a 14-day returns policy. If you buy something and don't like it, send it back for a refund.

Moni Designs understands that purchasing items online is difficult which is why we offer a 14-day return policy allowing you to shop with 100% confidence.

Items must be in their original conditional with any tags and boxes still attached. Items that have been damaged in any way will not be refunded or exchanged.  

Customers have 14 days to return their item to qualify for a return or exchange. Simply send the items back to us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will refund your money or exchange your product.

No refunds will be issued on sale items.

Instructions for returning products:

1. Contact us on sales@monidesigns.com.au or via our live chat to let us know that you wish to return the item purchased. Please let us know why so we can rectify any problems in the future.

2. Complete the Returns form with your order number, name, contact details and whether you would like a return or exchange. Send the item back to us along with the return form to the mailing address provided. To download a return form CLICK HERE.  

3. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. 

4. Notify us once you have sent the item along with a tracking number for our reference. Please note we will not accept returned items without a tracking number.

Moni Designs reserves the right to deny a refund, credit note or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer. Once an item is deemed faulty by us you will be notified by email of the outcome will be sent within 5 days.

We are not responsible for breakage during the shipment of returned items.
